Vision Express successfully conducts Eye Health Camp

In celebration of Sight Saving Month, Vision Express partnered with the Dasmariñas Village Association (DVA) to organize an Eye Health Camp attended by over 300 residents of Dasmariñas Village, Makati City. This initiative aligns perfectly with Vision Express' commitment to eye health and the launch of its Corporate Social Responsibility program, VEX Cares.

Attended by Vision Express President Lal Gopwani, DVA President Atty. Philip Sigfrid Fortun, and DVA Governors Herbert Consunji, Fernando Imperial, and Dexter Ang, the Eye Health Camp was organized to raise awareness about the importance of regular eye check-ups. Free eye test booths were set up and manned by Vision Express’ trusted optometrists and eye care professionals, ensuring that participants received the best possible care.

In addition to the eye tests, Vision Express also gave away free eyeglasses to those in need. Hundreds of discount vouchers were also distributed during the event, further promoting eye health and making eyewear more affordable for all.

Other interested attendees also had the opportunity to purchase eyeglasses at special, significant discounts.

Vision Express' CSR program, VEX Cares, is dedicated to initiatives like the Eye Health Camp that focus on eye health, wellness, and community engagement. This is just the beginning of VEX Cares' efforts to make a positive impact on different sectors of society.
